SHIPPING POLICY

 Due to COVID19 shipping delays may occur! 

Shipping is currently 3-10 days this includes processing time as well. Depending on the postal service in your area your order could be delayed. After package is scanned by post office the only updates we have is exactly what is on USPS website.  Getting your order to you as quickly as possible is always the goal please be patience with us. We are just as excited as you to get your order to you.

Please note, Melitacollection is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and preorder policy.

We do not ship Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your Melitacollection order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!

Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery for your ENTIRE order. Email us at info@melitacollection.com if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.

Lost Packages where tracking shows delivered.
1. File Claim with USPS
2. File police report
3. Wait for USPS investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.

Melitacollecion IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
